In November 2002, a Steering Committee was established with the mission to provide leadership and a strong foundation to establish 211 in Halton with the vision of a 211 service providing easy access to accurate community information.

Upon approval of the Steering Committee’s recommended model of 211 service in Halton, the Steering Committee was disbanded with appreciation, and a 211 Halton Citizen Advisory Committee will be formed in the fall of 2006.
